The philosophy of the

 Georgia-Cumberland Academy Sports Program (GCASP)

is to provide a Christ-centered environment in which students can experience positive results using athletic talent for God’s glory through the avenue of sports, as well as, developing the body, mind, and soul.

The sports program activities are monitored by the GCASP committee.  This committee is chaired by the Athletic Director and the voting members are the coaches and assistant coaches of GCA's sports teams.  Decisions that require an action taken regarding team guidelines will be discussed by the committee and a vote taken.  The resulting decision may also be discussed by the Administrative Council for further review.  Parents/students with questions concerning the sports program may contact the AD, Wally Fox at:  wafox@gcasda.org.
